Key Responsibilities
We process transit transactions and apportion revenue to the public transport operators. We also sell travel cards, provide refunds and replacements of cards and enable commuters to top up their stored value cards.
We issue and distribute EZ-Link cards - the contactless travel cards used for paying public transport fares and making purchases at retail merchants.
We also provide charms and wearables with full contactless EZ-Link capabilities.
Finally, our EZ-Link Motoring card takes care of your motoring needs like ERP and parking payments.
We enhance the user experience for transit-related payments and services while strengthening future business growth capabilities.
We place essential transit services at users’ fingertips through our mobile app, where users can top up, view transactions, earn rewards, apply for Auto Top-up and more.
We are licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore to provide digital payment services through EZ-Link cards and EZ-Link Wallet.
EZ-Link products can be used to pay for public transport fares, ERP toll fees and EPS parking fees, as well as purchases at over 20,000 merchants island-wide.
Furthermore, we manage the clearing and settlement of all EZ-Link transactions generated in transit and non-transit sectors.
We top up the card value for cards issued by SimplyGo, as well as other types of cards, such as NETS cards.
As a subsidiary of the LTA, we implement projects on behalf of the authority and continue to support government agencies in the implementation of national projects. For example, we manage the Public Transport Voucher redemption exercise which helps lower-income households cope with fare adjustments. In 2019, we also launched the SimplyGo initiative with LTA, which provides commuters with a range of e-payment options in transit.
