Scheduled Maintenance on 4 Oct, 12.30AM – 6AM: During this period, adding SimplyGo Concession cards via the SimplyGo app will be temporarily unavailable. Selected services at Top-Up Kiosks and SimplyGo Kiosks will also be affected. These include balance enquiry and top-up for SimplyGo EZ-Link/Concession cards, conversion to SimplyGo EZ-Link/Concession cards, and settlement of bad debt for all cards. Auto Top-up application and card replacement for SimplyGo Concession cards will also be unavailable.
Notice: With effect from 29 August 2026, top-ups for EZ-Link and SimplyGo EZ-Link cards will no longer be available at AXS Stations.
