EZ-Link Rewards is a point-based loyalty programme that rewards our customers for using EZ-Link’s products and services – dedicated to giving back our valued customers in the form of benefits, partners’ offers and exclusive perks.

The EZ-Link Rewards in-app catalogue is now available on the SimplyGo app. 

You would be able to earn reward points with transactions made using EZ-Link's products. 

You can add up to a maximum of 7 EZ-Link cards to your SimplyGo app account.

All EZ-Link products including EZ-Link cards, charms and wearables issued by SimplyGo can be added to your SimplyGo app account to earn reward points.

To get started, you would have to pair your EZ-Link card with the SimplyGo app (available on Google Play Store and iOS App Store). 

EZ-Link Rewards is available on the SimplyGo app. 

You will earn 1 reward point for every $0.10 spent on your EZ-Link for transactions across:

  • Public transport rides (Buses and MRT Trains)
  • Retail outlets and vending machines listed here
  • ERP and carpark payments

Here’s an example:

If your transaction is $0.79. You will earn 7 reward points.

Please note reward points are not given for top-up(s) made on your EZ-Link card(s).

There is no minimum spend to qualify for reward points. 1 reward point will be awarded for every $0.10 spent on your EZ-Link.

The list of rewards available for redemption with your accrued points will be available in the Rewards section in the SimplyGo app.

Each reward will require a certain number of points prior to redemption.

Once you have accumulated sufficient points for the reward of your choice, you can tap on the “Redeem Now” button to secure the reward, which can be used at a later date.

Before redeeming, you will be able to view more details about the rewards such as expiry date and relevant terms and conditions.

To use your reward, tap on the “Use Now” button. Do note that you should only click on the “Use Now” button when you are at the merchant’s website or check-out counters.

All redeemed rewards will automatically be reflected in your “My Rewards” page within the app while all rewards that have been used will be moved to “Archives”.

Yes, your EZ-Link reward points will expire on the last day of the 6th month from the month when your points are awarded.

Yes, the validity period and expiration date of each reward varies across different merchants and rewards offered on the catalogue. Expiry date of the reward upon redemption would be stated on the voucher. Go to <My Rewards> to view:

It will take between 24 to 36 hours for your reward points to be reflected on your SimplyGo app account after the EZ-Link transaction has taken place – all daily transactions are processed by SimplyGo in the following morning.

Should there be a delay of more than 36 hours with the updating of reward points in your app account, please submit your enquiry through the eFeedback form.

Please ensure that your EZ-Link card has been paired with the SimplyGo app and that it has been at least 36 hours after your EZ-Link transaction was made.

Yes, your reward points will remain in your account. Please re-install and log in to the SimplyGo app.

Upon successful log-in, all existing EZ-Link reward points and rewards will be reflected in your app account.

However, should you still encounter issues, please submit your query through the eFeedback form.

No, you would not have to pair your EZ-Link card(s) again. Any card previously added and paired with your app account will remain. You do not need to add them again, unless you have removed any specific card prior to deleting the app.

You can retrieve your account information, including accumulated reward points and rewards, by re-installing the SimplyGo app and logging in with another device.

You should remove your EZ-Link card(s)/charm(s) from your SimplyGo app account.

When you opt in to receive updates and news from us on the SimplyGo app, we will have access to your email address and may choose to communicate with you directly.
