Adult Monthly Travel Card

How to Apply

You may apply for the Adult Monthly Travel Card (AMTC) via the following channels:

• via the SimplyGo app or tap/click here
• Any SimplyGo Ticket Office

Documents required:

• 1 x colour, passport-sized photograph*
• Original NRIC (soft copy for online application)

*The photograph must:
- Be taken within the last three months
- Have a white background
- Show the full face from the top of the head to the chin
- Have neatly combed or tied up hair

Application Fee:
$8.10^{^} (includes $5 card cost and $3.10 personalisation fee, both non-refundable)

^{^}This amount will not be refunded even if you cancel your AMTC application.

Processing Time:
Your card will be mailed to you between two and four weeks upon SimplyGo receiving your application.

Card Activation:
Bring your original NRIC/passport and your AMTC to any SimplyGo Ticket Office to activate your card.

Monthly Concession Pass

Adult Monthly Travel Card holders can purchase the $128 Adult Monthly Travel Pass (AMTP) for one month of unlimited travel on both train and basic bus services (include trunk and feeder services).

The AMTP can be purchased via the SimplyGo app/Portal or at any SimplyGo Ticket Office/Ticketing Service Centre, SimplyGo Kiosk, or Assisted Service Kiosk.

Note:

• Concession cards have to be activated and valid before you can buy concession passes

• Only ONE valid concession pass can be used on an individual Concession card at any one time

• The concession pass can be activated up to seven days before your travel start date

• The validity period cannot overlap with that of a previously purchased pass and starts from the beginning of bus/train operating hours on the travel start date

• The unused concession pass’s value or any part thereof is non-refundable

• Adult fares will be deducted in the absence of a concession pass

• The concession pass cannot be used on Express and Premium Bus Services like Chinatown Direct Bus Services, Nite Owl bus services, NightRider services and City Direct Services. Card Validity Period

The Adult Monthly Travel Card (AMTC) has a validity of seven years. You must replace your AMTC before it expires, at a fee of $8.10.

Card Return/Refund

You can return your Adult Monthly Travel Card at any SimplyGo Ticket Office if you no longer require it.

To get a refund of your card's remaining value, please produce your original NRIC/Passport/certificate of Singapore Citizenship. The card will be kept for processing.

Any person collecting the refund on your behalf will also have to present his/her own original NRIC/passport for verification.
