The enhanced app integrates all functions currently available in the “EZ-Link” and “TransitLink SimplyGo” apps, simplifying commuters’ access and experience to a suite of streamlined transit ticketing services.   1. I am not a user of SimplyGo app, do I need to switch over to the enhanced SimplyGo app? 

    We encourage you to download the enhanced SimplyGo app from the App Store/Google Play and sync your EZ-Link account to access more transit related features. What’s more, you can continue to use your EZ-Link app features (including all your existing cards added, EZ-Link Motoring, Wallet and Rewards, if any).

  2. Do I need to create a new account on SimplyGo app? 

    After you have downloaded the enhanced SimplyGo app and synced your EZ-Link account, you can use your existing EZ-Link account credentials to log in to the enhanced SimplyGo app. There is no need to create a new account on SimplyGo app.

  3. I have an account on both the SimplyGo and EZ-Link apps. What happens to the cards, existing Reward points or EZ-Link Wallet in my accounts after I update to the enhanced SimplyGo app?

    An account synchronisation will take place. All your details and the travel cards registered in the either apps will be synced and will be reflected on the enhanced SimplyGo app.

  4. Can I still access the EZ-Link app after I update to the enhanced SimplyGo app? 

    Yes, you can still access the EZ-Link app after you have updated to the enhanced SimplyGo app. You will need to use the new login credentials you had confirmed during the account synchronisation.

  5. How do I know if I have completed syncing my account on the enhanced SimplyGo app?

    If you have successfully synced your account, you would have gone through the screens below on the enhanced SimplyGo app.

  6. I forgot my EZ-Link account password after the account synchronisation. How do I change it? 

    Click on Forgot Password to reset. Please note that as you have already synced your account, if you subsequently change your password, email, mobile number or PIN on either app, it will be changed on BOTH the EZ-Link and enhanced SimplyGo app.

  7. My accounts on both the SimplyGo and EZ-Link apps are tagged to different mobile numbers. What happens when I update to enhanced SimplyGo app?

    Your two apps’ account are treated as two separate accounts. Whichever account you wish to access, you will need to log in on the respective apps accordingly.

  8. I am facing issues on the app. How do I send feedback or report issues?

    Please call SimplyGo Hotline at 1800-2255 663 to inform us on your issues on the app (Operational hours are from Mon-Sun, 8am to 6pm, excluding public holidays).
