At selected TSCs, you may approach our Customer Service Officers for help in a conducive environment where it is fully air-conditioned and furnished with a seating area for you to rest while waiting for your turn to be attended to.
In addition, you can make use of our SimplyGo Kiosks near these TSCs to perform various services, including topping up your card, applying and collecting replacement Concession cards, even after office hours.
