As part of efforts to simplify and streamline public transport ticketing experience, Transit Link Pte Ltd (TransitLink) and EZ-Link Pte Ltd (EZ-Link) have merged into a single entity, SimplyGo Pte. Ltd. on 1 September 2024.

From 1 September 2024, all communications will be sent from SimplyGo Pte. Ltd.

Emails will end with @simplygo.com.sg	SMSes will be sent from SimplyGoSG	TransitLink & EZ-Link websites have been refreshed to www.simplygo.com.sg
