Assisted Service Kiosks are new ticketing machines that are progressively being introduced at stations along the Thomson-East Coast Line. This user-friendly ticketing machine provides e-payment options and allows commuters to get help from a SimplyGo Customer Relations Officer via a video call function – the first of its kind in Singapore.
Top-Up Kiosks (TUK) offer a variety of e-payment options and greater convenience for commuters because they combine the functions of the General Ticketing Machine and Add Value Machine. The TUK’s bright colours, and large and clear font, make it user-friendly.
Please note that there are two versions of the TUK, one accepts both e-payment options and cash, and the other only accepts e-payment options. You can identify the different versions by looking out for the cash deposit slot on the machine.
